Hi tribe kids! My name is Dotty and welcome to Dotty’s Awesome Art Activity. Today I will show you how to draw a leaping cat using shapes. First, draw a large circle for her head. Then, draw ovals for her body and legs. Make the legs look like its leaping. Add in more circles for her eyes and triangles for ears and nose.
Next we can erase the overlapping lines of the shapes and add in more details like the moth and whiskers. The tail should be pointing to the back to show motion.
Lets complete her body with more details like stripes and colour in her eyes with white circles to show reflection and make her look cute. Hope you enjoyed that activity and keep practising drawing shapes!
